Aucune notice, casque Garrett dans une vieille boite de casque XP !! ça ne fait pas très sérieux. A se demander si le casque est neuf ?

Bonjour,
Effectivement, le casque est livré sans notice et nous avons remonté cette information au fournisseur.
Concernant le produit dans une autre boîte, cela est lié à la boîte d'origine qui était abîmée.
N'ayant plus d'autre boîte pour faire le changement, nous avons préféré le glisser dans une boîte en bon état.
Je vous confirme cependant l'état neuf du casque.
